We offer 14-month lease terms at LyvWell at Harmony, giving you a little extra time to settle in and feel at home.

Yes, renter's insurance is required for all residents. It's an easy way to protect yourself and your belongings.

All leases require a 60-day notice to vacate. If you have any questions about the process, our leasing team is here to help.

The City of Arlington provides water services for our community, and residents may choose any electricity company. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.

AT&T is the official provider for cable and internet service in our community, and every home comes equipped with fiber internet for fast, reliable connection. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 6th. You can pay quickly and securely online through our resident portal. If you have any questions about your account, just reach out to our team.

Each home comes fully equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, oven, stove, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, and dishwasher. You will also find granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances in our apartments in Arlington. More details are available on our Amenities page.

Yes, LyvWell at Harmony is a pet-friendly community in Arlington, TX, and we love welcoming your furry family members. Breed restrictions and additional fees may apply, so please contact the leasing office to go over the details of our pet policy.

Living with roommates is welcome here.  Everyone 18 years of age and older will be required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. You will find more about leasing with roommates in our resident portal, and our team is always glad to answer questions.
